Job Description

Are you passionate about data and its power to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Data Solutions Partner to join our Chief Data Office team, working closely with Client Service Operations to shape and deliver impactful data solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how data enables growth, innovation and compliance across our business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with client service operations teams to understand business goals and prioritising data-related initiatives
  • Collaborating across Business Change, Technology, Operations to shape end-to-end solution designs
  • Balancing strategic and tactical approaches to suit varied business scenarios
  • Designing scalable, repeatable and sustainable data solutions with Data Operations and Market Place teams
  • Producing analysis artefacts including user stories, data flows and service design diagrams
  • Coordinating with delivery teams to estimate time and cost for new data solutions
  • Investigating data issues and enabling root cause analysis with stakeholders
  • Supporting the implementation of data controls and driving adoption of core data capabilities
