Job summary

mthree is seeking a proactive Data Scientist to join our client-focused team in London or Leeds, taking the lead on anomaly detection across regulatory and statistical datasets using ML techniques to surface insights and improve data quality.

The role also involves developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualization tools to support decision-making and transparency, with an active SC clearance required.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical and quantitative skills.
  • Proven ability to automate data processes and handle large data volumes efficiently.
  • Experience with programming languages (R, Python, SQL) and advanced data manipulation for numerical analysis and data quality.
  • Experience with Machine Learning using home-grown models and off-the-shelf AI tools (Power Automate, Copilot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to collaborate and explain complex data insights.
  • Commitment to an innovative and inclusive team culture with openness to experimentation.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards for data quality monitoring and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead anomaly detection across regulatory and statistical datasets using ML techniques.
