We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong analytical and problem‑solving expertise who can transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth and performance. You’ll work closely with our Strategic Leads to uncover performance patterns, validate hypotheses, and find the levers that drive real impact. This role reports directly to the Head of Growth and will play an integral role in advancing data‑driven decision‑making across WLDM’s clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop data models to forecast performance outcomes and ROI
- Automate analysis of key metrics, trends, and content performance
- Identify patterns, correlations and opportunities within large, messy datasets
- Build and maintain dashboards that enable real‑time insights and data‑driven decision making
- Run statistical tests to validate hypotheses and measure experimental outcomes
- Deliver clear, actionable insights from data sources that bridge data science with strategic execution
Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with business, behavioral, or performance datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with APIs, web scraping, and NLP or text‑based data analysis
- Strong ability to distill complex technical findings into clear, strategic insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with clustering, graph‑based modeling, or knowledge extraction from text data
- Experience applying machine learning or statistical methods to optimize business performance
