A leading electrical utility provider in the UK is seeking a Data Scientist for their Reliability Performance team in Manchester. The successful candidate will provide insights through data analysis to enhance network performance and reduce customer interruptions. Required qualifications include an HNC in a related discipline and strong skills in data analysis tools such as SQL and Power BI. Our Reliability Performance team has a fantastic opportunity for a Data Scientist to join them in Manchester for a 12 month fixed term period.
The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.
The Data Scientist plays a critical role within the Reliability Performance Team by providing insight-driven analysis that supports improved network performance, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes. The role focuses on maximising the value of existing assets, reducing customer interruptions, ensuring data integrity in fault reporting systems, and driving investment in supply automation and supply restoration strategies through collaborative cross-departmental engagement.
