Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking an eDV-cleared Data Scientist for an on-site role in London, delivering mission-critical data solutions for national security clients. You will develop pipelines, apply ML methods, and produce visualisations to inform decisions in fast-paced, cloud-enabled environments.

You will work in agile teams across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, big data and digital transformation, cleansing and integrating datasets to support safer national futures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML techniques for data exploration and modelling.
• Experience building and optimising data pipelines for large datasets.
• Ability to apply data analytics and visualization to communicate insights.
• Experience with batch/streaming data processing (e.g., Apache Spark).
• Knowledge of data acquisition and data fusion approaches.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and cloud-based DS solutions.
• Understanding of DataOps principles and practices.
• Experience with both structured and unstructured data.

New Contract Opportunity for an eDV Cleared Data Scientist with an Industry-Leading National Security Consultancy in London.

• Up to £680 p/d Inside IR35
• Urgent requirement - ASAP start
• 5 days on site in central London

The Role:

You will develop mission-critical data solutions for National Security clients. You will contribute to advanced projects across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, big data and digital transformation, helping to shape the future of national security. Working with datasets of varying scale, you will cleanse, integrate and analyse data to enable faster, more informed decision-making that supports the safety of the nation.
