Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Data Science and Machine Learning Manager based in London with a hybrid working arrangement. You will lead data science projects, drive analytics strategy, and partner with audit and assurance teams to deliver data-driven insights.

You will oversee the development and deployment of ML tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior data scientists, shaping innovative solutions for complex client challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate original solutions.
• Experience coaching junior data scientists/analysts.
• Experience reviewing code and documentation to a high standard.
• Experience in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
• End-to-end experience managing multiple data science projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics/data science services to deliver meaningful insights to clients using Python, SQL, Azure and BI tools.
• Development and delivery of new and innovative data science and machine learning tools.
• Helping the team to support clients in large data handling, manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Working effectively in diverse, inclusive teams.
