We’re here to make money work for everyone and we’re doing things differently. Banking should be simple, transparent, and accessible. Our community suggests features, tests the app, and provides constant feedback so we can build something everyone loves. We focus on solving problems rather than selling financial products and aim to change lives through Monzo.

You’ll grow and support your team by hiring new members and developing their skills. You’ll manage a mix of Data Scientists and Data Analysts and work alongside Analytics Engineers to deliver impactful data products. You’ll see the direct results of your work in the performance of our marketing.
We have a strong culture of data-driven decision making across the company. We believe in powerful real-time analytics and empowering the wider business. Today, 90% of day-to-day data decisions are made through self-serve analytics in Looker, giving data teams space to focus on bigger, more impactful questions.
Our interview process involves three main stages. We promise not to ask you any brain teasers or trick questions!
Our average process takes around 34 weeks but we will always work around your availability. If you have specific questions, please contact our recruitment team.
