We’re excited to grow our Data Science Team to keep up with client demand and launch new offerings to the market. In your role you will partner with clients to deliver outcomes through the application of cutting‑edge data science methods.

Your Role

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Support the delivery of AI, Data Science and Analytics projects and work closely with colleagues to ensure client expectations are met at all stages.
  • Inspire clients on exploiting the potential of Gen AI, data science and analytics through demonstrations.
  • Develop and deploy new skills in AI, Data Science and Analytics with support from colleagues to ensure current methods are used where appropriate.
  • Deliver work in a structured manner, balancing creativity and practicality to meet client standards efficiently within agreed timescales.
  • Work effectively in a team, support peers in delivering at pace and meeting high internal standards of output and delivery.
  • Contribute to business and personal growth through activities across the following categories:
Business Development
  • Contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
Internal Contribution
  • Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
Learning & Development
  • Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
Your Profile
  • Experience working within AI, Data Science and Analytics, with a proven track record of successfully delivered work across the ML lifecycle and a strong foundation in statistical modelling, natural language processing, time‑series analysis, spatial analysis and mathematical modelling methodologies.
  • Keen to demonstrate the potential that Gen AI offers to unlock business value.
  • Desire to provide solutions to real‑world data challenges faced by clients. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience enabling clients to better understand and derive value from their data.
  • Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background, proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support and commitment from peers for consulting solutions.
  • Architectural and/or feature knowledge of one or more of the listed Data and AI Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks) and experience in one or more of the listed languages/packages (Python, R, PySpark, Scala, PowerBI, Tableau).
