The role blends teaching with real-world delivery, ensuring trained engineers land projects effectively and maintain strong production-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree level in a STEM subject (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Commercial background delivering data science and AI solutions end-to-end.
• Experience leading, teaching and deploying teams onsite with end clients.

Responsibilities

• Shape and build a new generation of engineers in data, AI, and modern systems.
• Work directly with end clients as a hands-on consultant, guiding technical direction.
• Lead from the front to ensure delivery quality and mentor the team.
