A leading UK insurance company is seeking a Data Risk and Controls Manager to oversee risk management in data teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and expertise in risk and control. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and be able to develop controls for evolving needs. Salary: Bristol: circa £65,000 / London: circa £75,000

You already have experience in risk and control and potentially data or marketing requirements, or you might be eager to gain exposure to this growing and dynamic field. A bit about the job:
You’ll help our data teams manage risks and controls – advising, supporting, and shaping how we work safely and smartly. You’ll develop and revise controls to meet evolving needs, conduct control assessments, and dive deep into data risks. You’ll also support key projects to make sure data risks are well managed.
You’ll join the C&M Data Governance and Marketing team, part of the Customer Data Office, and work with stakeholders across Data and Digital projects, Marketing, UK Market Data teams, Group, and Legal.
