Data Reporting Manager - AR Focused - 6 Month Contract

Role Overview

Cobalt Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well‑respected international real estate client to hire a Data Reporting Manager. In this role, you will lead on arrears and collections analytics‑designing reports that inform decisions at executive level.

You will work cross‑border with all aspects of the business to deliver actionable insights on tenant performance and portfolio health.

Our client is one of Europe's leading logistics and industrial real‑estate platforms, known for doing things differently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain arrears and collections dashboards for both operational and strategic reporting.
• Deliver clear, data‑driven insights to senior leadership, helping drive decision‑making across the business.
• Partner with country teams to understand arrears trends and support performance improvements.
• Monitor tenant‑level collections and highlight emerging risks or opportunities.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from C‑suite and external investors.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Property Operations and key internal stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on arrears and collections analytics.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing structures and financial processes.
• Proven ability to develop and interpret analytical and operational reporting for large‑scale portfolios.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working with property management ERPs – Yardi strongly preferred.
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and presenting to senior leadership.
