Job summary

CDP is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to improve data quality by developing methodologies, supporting data cleansing, and creating dashboards to visualise progress. You will collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and embed governance practices across the organisation.

The role requires experience in data science/analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical content to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Science or Data Analytics, focusing on data quality improvement.
• High SQL coding capabilities.
• Ability to present technical content to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of applying data quality approaches to resolve issues.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar tools used to communicate findings.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong English language skills.
• A proactive team-player.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience working according to agile project/product management.

Responsibilities

• Develop data quality methodologies and best practices to measure data quality across CDP.
• Develop data cleansing solutions to address quality issues.
• Operationalise dashboards to monitor data improvement.
• Define data quality metrics and reporting to resolve issues.
• Maintain data quality reports to support improvements in data domains.
• Promote a data-first attitude toward data quality and governance across CDP.
