Job summary

St. James’s Place is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Data Quality Analyst to join the Data & Insights division. The role focuses on improving enterprise data quality, partnering with data governance, acquisition, and engineering teams, and delivering measurable data quality outcomes.

The position is hybrid, based in Cirencester, and reports to the Data Quality Lead within the Data & Insights function. You will own data quality initiatives, define remedial actions, and collaborate with stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Identify and deliver enterprise data quality improvements across data domains.
• Act as interface between business domains and technical teams regarding data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the delivery of Data Quality improvement outcomes across assigned data domains or data products, ensuring alignment to business value and risk reduction.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities using data insights, profiling and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex issues and drive preventive improvements.
• Design, develop and operate controls, monitoring and reporting solutions aligned to data quality standards.
• Hold Data Owners and Data Stewards to account for outcomes with clear ownership and prioritisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional remediation activities with stakeholders and technical teams.
