Job summary

La Fosse is hiring a Data QA specialist to join a growing data function within a leading asset management organisation. This role is the first QA on the data team and focuses on data accuracy, reliability and integrity to enable trusted, data-driven decisions.

The position is permanent with hybrid working in London or Manchester. Applicants should have strong Python and SQL skills, ETL testing experience and familiarity with Snowflake, Synapse or Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience with test automation in data QA environments.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
• Experience testing ETL processes, data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Synapse or Azure.

Data QA - £65,000 - Permanent - London or Manchester (Hybrid)

Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be able to attend either the London or Manchester office 1-2 days per week.

La Fosse is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a Data QA specialist to join their growing data function.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the first QA within an established asset management organisation. You'll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and integrity, helping the business make trusted, data-driven decisions while reducing operational risk.

Key requirements:

• Test automation experience using Python or similar technologies
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
• Experience testing ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehouses
• Exposure to modern data platforms including Snowflake, Synapse, or Azure
• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and integrity testing
• Experience across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
