Your role is to support in making decisions that are right for Which? right for consumers, and consistent with data privacy obligations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be wide ranging and include responding to individual rights requests and assessing privacy risks & incidents, as well as providing advice and guidance more generally.,
- Responding to data subject rights requests like subject access requests
- Assessing incidents or breaches, working with colleagues to take the right actions quickly
- Helping the business protect personal data, including responding to basic data protection queries and ensuring our internal records are up to date
- Preparing reports on key privacy metrics, activities and trends, Use IT systems to manage, share and store information in accordance with data protection requirements and organisation policies.
- Communicate complex subjects in simple terms through different media (such as face to face meetings, emails, reports and presentations) to enable key stakeholders to understand what is required.
- Prepare documentation and materials for review and ratification.
- Working at times under time pressure, prioritising their workloads in order to raise and resolve areas of concern such as individual rights, breach management, FOI requests and information sharing.
