K3 Advisory Group is seeking a Data Protection Executive for a 9-month FTC to support the Group DPO and Legal team. The role centers on managing DPIAs, DSARs, breach triage, and supplier privacy reviews, with autonomy in workflow and escalation of high-risk matters.

You will support governance and awareness activities, map data processing and keep privacy templates up to date in a multi-entity professional services context. Hybrid/remote work options available.

Formación

• 1–3 years' practical data protection, compliance, legal operations or privacy experience.
• Hands-on experience with DPIAs, DSARs, breach logs or supplier privacy due diligence.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, PECR and UK data protection regime.
• Strong drafting, organisation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing deadlines and maintaining registers, trackers and audit evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Operate DPIA screening and maintain the central DPIA register.
• Coordinate DSARs, rights requests and response timetables.
• Triage and investigate personal data breach incidents and maintain breach logs.
• Review DPAs and supplier privacy due diligence; check Article 28 requirements.
• Support governance, policy updates and privacy awareness across the Group.
