Job summary

Addepar, a global data and AI platform, is seeking a Data Client Projects professional to own data conversion and onboarding workflows. You will coordinate data transmission, transformation, and validation to enable client reporting and analysis across Addepar's platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial investment/advisory/tech industry with understanding of capital markets and portfolio accounting.
• Proven track record of multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, data providers, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete data conversion projects from third-party systems and custodian data partners.
• Partner with Sales and Services to align on project costs and deliverables for positive client outcomes.
• Develop and improve Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks to interact with APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement process improvements and tooling enhancements.
• Maintain team resources and procedural documentation and record metrics for internal analytics.
