Data Project Analyst

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Location: Harlow, Essex, CM19

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer a new opportunity to join our Equipment Advisory Team as a Data Project Analyst. This pivotal role will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Equipment Advisory Data Sets, ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of all project-related data. You will play a vital part in the delivery of our projects, supporting data analysis, reporting, and updates across multiple client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organise, and maintain high-quality datasets for use in advisory projects.
  • Manage data updates and reporting through systems including e-Quip and Excel.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the MTS Master Data Sets, ensuring accurate pricing and technical specifications.
  • Conduct product research — analysing specifications, costs, and warranties — to advise clients on suitability.
  • Support the Equipment Advisory Team in project delivery by ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate, timely information on project performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation, templates, and databases to support continuous improvement.
About You

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data integrity. You’ll need to balance technical precision with effective communication and teamwork.

  • Excellent data management and analytical skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and confident in learning new database systems
  • Methodical and organised, with strong time management skills
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal – able to liaise at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Desirable: Experience in healthcare, equipment planning, or project data management
  • Familiarity with systems such as e-Quip or Activity Data
