Job summary

Arrow Global is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead and mature our new Data group’s delivery cadence. You will translate business demand into clear plans, align deliverables to priorities, and keep cross-functional teams moving at pace.

The role requires strong program discipline, collaboration with data stewards, architecture, and engineering, and a track record of delivering complex data initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex data programs or transformations.
• Strong governance, planning, and reporting discipline.
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable work plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the data program plan: roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence.
• Translate business priorities into an actionable book of work with stakeholders.
• Drive prioritization across platforms and data products, balancing value and capacity.
• Coordinate data platforms, data stewards, quality, architecture, and engineering to onboard data products.
• Monitor progress, SLAs, blockers, and escalate to keep delivery on track.
• Build governance, reporting, and executive communications on outcomes, resources and budget.
• Improve the operating model to increase throughput and reduce cycle time.
• Coordinate with consumer, supplier, and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
