Job description

Lead data product delivery processes, manage change activities, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee timelines, and boost efficiency! As a Product Delivery Manager Vice President in the Data, Insights and Analytics Solutions Team within Commercial and Investment Banking Operations, you will work to enhance and optimize the way data products are delivered to stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in organized and time-bound way. As an innovator and out-of-the-box thinker, you will deliver data analytics solutions that help improve efficiency and enable growth.

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, feasibility decision-making, dependency management, delivery and product operationalization
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder focus and coordination across Operations, business, data, design, technology and testing teams.
  • Identifies risks early and creates/executes mitigation plans proactively.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Seasoned experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of development lifecycle and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Proficient in requirements gathering with proven ability to suggest solutions with a techno-functional mindset
  • Must have experience in Agile/Scrum setup
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with data management/automation tools such as Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Databricks/ALTERYX and lifecycle tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Knowledge of modeling data and making sense out of vast amount of data entities and attributes within the context of Commercial and Investment Banking.
