Job summary

Lloyds Clinical is seeking an experienced Data Protection Officer to join our Quality & Governance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading our information governance and GDPR compliance.

You will own the data protection framework, guide the business, oversee DPIAs, subject access requests, breach management and regulatory reporting, and promote privacy-by-design through training and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Data Protection, Information Governance or Privacy role.
• Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• Ability to conduct audits and manage compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data protection and information governance framework across the business.
• Oversee DPIAs, data subject requests, breach management and regulatory reporting.
• Provide practical guidance to stakeholders and promote privacy-by-design.
