GDPRiS, part of ParentPay Group, seeks a Data Protection Advisor for its Remote UK team. You will advise customers on data protection matters, using GDPR, PECR, and UK law knowledge to support the Customer Success Team in delivering high-quality service.

Role requires independence to research and recommend strategies for leveraging GDPRiS tools while maintaining audit-ready records and professional communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Solid subject matter knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR (EU and UK).
• Awareness of PECR and UK laws/regulatory guidance related to data protection for education.
• Familiarity with ICO publications and enforcement actions.
• Familiarity with CRM and service desk systems; HubSpot for these purposes.
• Able to research subject matter autonomously, including AI tooling considerations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear, practical, and reliable guidance to customers on day-to-day data protection matters, ensuring advice is actionable and aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Support customer success by delivering a high standard of service, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention within the Customer Success Team.
• Deliver defensible advice by validating responses with senior stakeholders and communicating caveats and limitations.
• Assist customers in strengthening data protection posture using internal platforms and documentation resources.
• Create, update, and maintain customer-facing resources, templates, knowledge base articles, and guidance materials.
• Identify gaps or opportunities within advisory services and proactively recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and advice provided for transparency and auditability.
• Stay up to date with developments in data protection law and industry best practices, seeking training opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders; convey complex information accessibly.
• Exercise sound judgement with peer input for novel or uncertain matters.
