Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support a Data Enablement function, driving delivery of Data Platform initiatives. You will translate Data & AI priorities into actionable PI plans and roadmaps, working across business and technology teams.

You will lead planning, risk management and governance within a SAFe environment, using Jira to track progress and benefits realisation. The role requires strong stakeholder communication and cloud data platform knowledge.

Qualifications

Delivery leadership across data, analytics or AI environments.
Experience with Data Platforms, Data Engineering and Data & AI transformations.
Experience in SAFe and PI cycles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience planning, risk and dependency management, and reporting.
Experience supporting business cases and benefits tracking.
SAFe certification.
Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, AgilePM, or Prince2 Agile.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Data Enablement initiatives across business and technology teams.
Support business case development linked to Data Platform investments.
Translate Data & AI priorities into Planning Increments (PIs) and delivery roadmaps.
Drive planning, prioritisation, and execution using Jira and Agile delivery frameworks.
Manage stakeholders across business, data, architecture, and engineering teams.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Track benefits realisation and business outcomes.
Support governance, reporting, and delivery alignment across workstreams.
