Job summary

Reapit is seeking a Data Conversion Analyst to lead end-to-end data migrations across client projects. You will design migration processes, map data into Reapit platforms and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, MySQL and Python.

Collaboration with project managers and clients is essential to deliver accurate migrations on time. You will contribute to data quality initiatives, produce documentation and drive tooling improvements in a dynamic, customer-focused SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills including complex joins and query optimisation.
• Experience with MySQL and relational database design principles.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration.
• Experience with large datasets and data migration projects.
• Ability to map source data into target systems effectively.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance and validation techniques.
• Understanding of indexing, execution plans and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with dbt and cloud data platforms.
• Experience in SaaS environments and property/CRM tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, transform and migrate client data from multiple third-party systems into Reapit.
• Design, develop and maintain data conversion and migration processes using SQL, MySQL and Python.
• Build and optimise ETL/ELT workflows to support scalable migrations.
• Validate, cleanse, reconcile and enrich data throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues and migration challenges.
• Optimise database queries and scripts for performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand migration requirements and timelines.
• Produce migration documentation, data mapping specs and validation reports.
• Identify opportunities to enhance tooling, automation and processes.
