A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Oracle Data Migration Specialist for a critical project in London. The role requires strong experience with Oracle Fusion data migration, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance modules. You'll perform ETL processes and ensure data quality, supporting the master vendor in achieving strategic objectives. This position is on-site three days a week, with a competitive daily rate of £450 - £600.

Oracle Data Migration Specialist - Oracle Fusion
  • £450 - £600 per day (inside IR35)
  • London (3 days per week on-site - mandatory)
  • 6 months initially (part of a multi-year programme – expected to extend)

We are seeking an Oracle Data Migration Specialist for a critical project involving the migration from on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Oracle Fusion data migration, particularly within HR, Payroll, and Finance modules.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure that migrated data aligns with strategic goals and reconciles accurately post-migration.
  • Provide support to the master vendor, focusing on data strategy and integrity rather than hands-on transformation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration.
  • Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules in Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of data security principles, especially when handling sensitive data.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Desirable: Public sector experience and familiarity with multiple data sources like spreadsheets and small databases.
