What You'll Do

As a Data Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of data across all our client sites worldwide. You'll be hands-on, overseeing everything from first-line corrective actions to sensor configurations, file exports, and more. You'll collaborate with our Helpdesk team to resolve data-related issues and work closely with engineers to install, configure, and maintain our sensors. Your work will be essential in providing actionable insights to our clients and supporting the Customer Success team.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on a range of exciting tasks, including:

  • Sensor Management: Install, configure, validate, and upgrade sensors, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
  • Toolbox Management: Handle data repair jobs across all client sites, create new sites, configure exports, and set up API and ADV3 accounts.
  • Helpdesk Support: Resolve offline notifications and manage data and sensor-related tickets with efficiency and care.
  • Other Duties: Scrape important data from ADV3, assist with client-specific issue lists, and retrieve daily data from DW services.
