A local authority council in Swindon is seeking an individual passionate about data quality in children's services. This role involves ensuring accurate case management data, collaborating with staff, and developing streamlined processes. Candidates should have A level education or equivalent experience and strong administrative skills. Do you have an interest in data quality and case recording processes that support the local authority Children's Education and Social Care Services? Are you passionate about the support for children and how ensuring good data quality supports delivery of children's services?
In this key position you will provide an active supporting role in ensuring our data is managed from the point of data capture and validated within the service as part of ensuring accurate case management data for Children's Services.
You will work with operational staff across Children's services to follow streamlined processes to ensure data is captured in a timely and efficient way. You will have an eye for detail and fast data entry and validation skills.
Working as part of the Children's Transformation Team you will work closely with performance analysts, business support teams and frontline staff to ensure the end-to-end process for children's data capture develops at pace to be the most efficient it can be in supporting front line staff and performance reporting services.
You need to be educated to A level or equivalent, or with compensatory experience in managing children's data through a system support or administrative pathway. You will have strong administrative skills and a proactive attitude with a real passion for making a difference.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
