Job summary

NHS Supply Chain seeks a Data Maintenance Associate to support data updates across contract, supplier, and product data. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of two on-site days per week at locations including Nottingham, Alfreton, Sheffield or Wakefield, under a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Job Title: Data Maintenance Associate

Function: Commercial – Procurement Operations

Hybrid Worker – Expectation is two days per week on site at either our Nottingham, Alfreton, Sheffield or Wakefield office

Contract type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Offered on a starting salary of £26,753 with the potential to increase to £29,726 over the course of three years.

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.

We are seeking an experienced Data Maintenance Associate who will be responsible for updating various data fields in NHS Supply Chain systems including but not limited to contract, supplier, and product data. The team supports the business’s contract launch and customer opportunities pipelines, and the Data Maintenance Team Lead coordinates activities to ensure that timelines are met, and any challenges escalated.
