A leading energy supplier in London is seeking a Data Lead – Analytics Engineering & Insights to enhance its analytics capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Data Lead – Analytics Engineering & Insights to lead the next phase of maturity in our analytics function. This role is critical in enabling the business to move beyond reporting toward decision‑grade analytics, underpinned by trusted data models, consistent metrics, and scalable insight capability.
You will be responsible for leading the Analytics Engineering function - scaling curated facts, dimensions, and metrics, while also enabling the wider analytics team to generate insights that directly inform business decisions. Acting as a multiplier for our Data Science capability, you will ensure experimentation, forecasting, and analytical insight are grounded in robust, reusable data foundations.
Working closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology leadership, this role bridges data engineering, analytics, and decision‑making, ensuring analytics outputs lead to real‑world action.
