Reporting to the Operations Director, in this role you will lead the data function, driving strategic value from data assets while delivering actionable insights through analytics and reporting. As Data Lead you will manage a multidisciplinary team, provide structure and governance, and take a hands‑on approach to ensure data is leveraged effectively to support business decisions, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
