The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, maintain, and support the DIS database, focusing on application recognition, normalisation, and categorisation within the Analyst team. The team operates collaboratively and embraces agile working practices, sharing accountability for these key tasks.
In addition, this position acts as the final point of escalation for DIS-related support tickets, ensuring that complex issues are resolved efficiently. The role also involves assisting the team in delivering targeted customer projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, all aimed at enabling new business opportunities.
