Job summary

beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS company delivering data-driven pay equity, transparency, and performance management solutions to global clients. We are seeking a technically proficient Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team in a client-facing role.

You will design, develop, and deploy data integration solutions, connecting HR and financial systems to beqom’s Total Compensation Management platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Consulting, Integration Development, or ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs and testing tools like Postman; JSON/XML payloads.
• FTP/SFTP file transfers and secure data exchange.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis.
• Familiarity with IDEs and scripting for data integration tasks.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred) or alternatives (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Desirable: experience with HR/Payroll or financial data integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data, understand source systems (HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
• Design end-to-end data integration strategy and data mapping.
• Develop and document ETL specifications and transformations.
• Configure and manage data transfer via APIs and SFTP.
• Leverage in-house integration tools and iPaaS to build scalable integrations.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and development teams to ensure delivery.
