Takeda UK & Ireland is seeking a Data & Insights Manager to lead analytics strategy across brands and business units. You will translate data into actionable insights for senior commercial leadership, drive forecasting, and shape customer engagement and business performance.

Develop and coach the analytics team, integrate market intelligence with BI tooling, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen a data-driven culture across Takeda UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills across BI tools.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in forecasting, market research, and analytics for commercial teams.
• Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare data preferred.
• Ability to coach junior analytics colleagues.
