Job summary

Christie’s, the world’s leading art business, is seeking a motivated Analyst to join the Data & Insights team in London. You will support analysis and reporting to inform client acquisition, marketing, and digital engagement initiatives, building dashboards and sharing insights on client behaviour.

You will extract and model data from multiple sources, edit Tableau dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with and analysing web analytics data (e.g., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Intellectual curiosity: you always want to know the 'why' and you go beyond the scope of a given assignment to get your answers.
• Experience working with and reporting on Salesforce data is a plus.
• Experience with working in a data lake environment (e.g. Databricks) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate and interpret complex unstructured datasets and translate into value-driven insight.
• Tableau Dashboards: edit, create, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Data Modelling: leverage multiple data sources and build gold layer tables for reporting.
• Identify key trends and turn them into actionable insights for the business.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and create compelling presentations for stakeholders.
• Testing / QA: participate in data quality assurance processes.
