FDJ UNITED is one of Europe’s leading betting and gaming operators, seeking a Data Analyst for Legal & Compliance Analytics to turn data into actionable insights that support anti-money laundering, fraud detection and responsible gambling initiatives. You’ll build PowerBI reports, perform SQL data work, and present compelling narratives to stakeholders.

Qualifications

3–4 years' experience in an analytical role.
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
Experience exploring structured and unstructured data with data visualisation.
Building and maintaining PowerBI or Tableau reports with clear documentation.
Knowledge of Python or R is advantageous but not mandatory.
Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques (logistic regression, clustering, linear/regression, decision trees) is a plus.
Knowledge of Fraud Prevention, AML or Responsible Gambling is advantageous.
Degree preferred in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards to assist Compliance and Governance teams on daily activities.
Perform ad-hoc data extraction, manipulation and analysis, translating findings into actionable insights.
Produce materials summarising your analysis and present compelling narratives to stakeholders.
Reconcile data when data integrity issues are found.
Evaluate the impact of proposed policy and procedural changes, shaping responsible gaming.
Exhibit curiosity and an inquisitive mindset by going beyond questions when findings are questionable.
Continuously improve on your technical and soft skills.
