A national health organization is seeking a People Data & Insights Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term position. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to drive informed decision-making and communicating insights effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with programming languages for data analysis and tools like Tableau and Power Query. Hybrid working is available, with a requirement to reside in the UK. An opportunity has arisen within our Human Resources function for a People Data & Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making. As a People Data & Insights Analyst, you will:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in analysing and interpreting complex data within a professional setting, coupled with the ability to communicate insights effectively to a range of audiences. You should demonstrate experience and a strong understanding of at least one structured programming language used for data analysis, as well as proficiency in data visualisation tools to produce operational and bespoke reports and dashboards. You will also have experience in developing technical solutions to problems with minimal supervision, applying logical and structured approaches to problem‑solving. A solid understanding of report construction and the ability to extract and manipulate data from relevant systems is essential. Experience with Tableau and Power Query is critical for success in this role. Working in a high‑volume environment, you will need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outputs.
