The position involves providing day-to-day support to the Connections Input Services team, processing applications, and handling customer queries.   • Processing PoC Applications & Design Submissions.
  • Authorising non-contestable projects to relevant departments.
  • Handling email and telephone queries related to Competition in Connections.
  • Supporting team leader with day-to-day operations.
  • Performing general administration duties.

Role Description

Reporting to the Connections Input Services Team Leader providing day to day administrative support to Connections Input Services team to ensure regulatory compliance with our current license obligations under SLC15 and the Competition in Connections Code of Practice.

Main Details
  • Working Hours: 08:35 - 16:45 (flexi time)
  • Working Week: Monday to Friday
  • Site Location: Castleford (WF10)
  • Duration: 3 Months (max)
  • Hourly Rate: £12.82
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing PoC Applications & Design Submissions
  • Authorisations of non-contestable projects to Connections Delivery and other relevant departments.
  • General email and telephone queries relating to Competition in Connections
  • Supporting the CIS Team Leader with day-to-day operational activities
  • General administration duties
