Job Introduction

Our Data & Insights team at Diabetes UK empowers the organisation to make informed, impactful decisions that improve outcomes for people living with diabetes. We are also guardians of our customer data (donors and people at risk of or living with diabetes). Join us as our Data Governance Manager at Diabetes UK leading a team of business analysts.

This is a highly influential and impactful role within our newly created Data & Insights team and an active member of its leadership team. If you are passionate about making a difference to people's healthcare outcomes and you are looking for an exciting new opportunity to bring your expertise in development and management of efficient data governance systems and processes to a forward‑looking organisation we want to hear from you.

You will be across the organisation to ensure we have best‑in‑class policies and procedures that are adequately documented to protect our customer data, and readily accessible ensuring it is correct at point of entry and used appropriately to maximise our opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling. Now we have a new CRM live we are refreshing our data strategy and you will be pivotal in creating the data governance frameworks, processes and consents to improve master data management, data quality and completeness. With a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to join the dots you will be a key player in our ambition to link several systems to create a single source of truth and that will also result a smoother customer experience at sign‑up/registration.
