A financial services organization is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support its Data Excellence function on a 12-month fixed term contract. Hybrid working (office based in Birmingham) – minimum 20% of the month in the office, currently 1-2 days per week

Are you passionate about driving data excellence and shaping the future of data strategy? Wesleyan is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Data Governance Analyst to join our Data Centre of Excellence on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our Data Excellence function, supporting transformation projects and contributing directly to the success of our wider Data Strategy. You’ll help ensure our data processes and infrastructure are aligned, secure, and compliant—supporting accuracy, privacy, and legislative standards across the business.
In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with teams across the Data Centre of Excellence to help design and evolve our Data Governance framework and contribute to strategic development. If you’ve previously supported transformation or AI-related projects—or have a keen interest in these areas—this role offers a fantastic platform to build on that experience and make a meaningful impact.
