Job description

Thorp Academy is seeking a highly organised and analytical Data & Exams Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will manage all internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations, and also guarantee the smooth delivery of exam seasons.They will also have overall responsibility for student data, maintaining and developing systems in Bromcom, producing statutory returns, analysing performance trends and providing high-quality reports to support school improvement. Working closely with SLT, Heads of Faculty and the DEEP experience, they will help identify gaps in attainment and progress and support strategies to improve outcomes.
