We are seeking a dedicated Data and Exams Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis to provide administrative support to the Data and Exams Team.

This is a part‑time role working 22 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days to be worked on INSETs and during school holidays for one year or until the postholder returns. Please note that four of the ten days during the school holidays will need to be pre‑release and exam result days. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of internal and external examinations
  • Maintain accurate student data and records using the school's MIS system
  • Liaise with exam boards, staff, students, and parents to ensure smooth exam operations
  • Support data analysis and reporting for school performance and student progress
  • Ensure compliance with JCQ and other regulatory requirements
