Job summary

Park View School in Tottenham, North London is seeking a Data & Examinations Manager to provide strategic leadership and management of Whole School Examinations, Data, Assessment and MIS, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis reports and reporting to SLT and Governors.

You will lead the processes for all public and internal examinations, ensure statutory requirements as an examinations centre, and be proficient with Bromcom and reporting platforms, guiding staff to identify key data trends

Qualifications

• Experience in school examinations data, MIS and reporting.
• Ability to lead data analysis, performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Bromcom and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Whole School Examinations, Data, Assessment and MIS.
• Prepare accurate, timely data analysis reports for SLT and Governors.
• Ensure statutory requirements as an examinations centre are met.
• Support staff in identifying data trends using relevant software and project management.

Grade: PO5 Starting Salary: £52,194

36 Hours per week, All Year Round (52 Weeks)

Required: September/October 2026

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on this important role. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, management and cost effective first line support on and within the Whole School Examinations, Data, Assessment and Management Information Systems, ensuring the preparation of accurate and timely data analysis reports as required and reporting directly to SLT and Governors as required.

To lead and manage the whole school processes for all public and internal examinations. To ensure the school meets the statutory requirements as an examinations centre.

You will be confident and competent in knowledge of and experience in the use of Bromcom and Reporting platforms and supporting staff in how to identify key data trends using relevant software packages and project management.

The successful candidate will also support all parts of the school in meeting its short and longer term objectives.

The role will require working across the main Park View School site where required, however the core focus of this role is within the main site.
