About the Role:
Our client, a well-established pest control business based in Sudbury, is looking for a reliable Data Entry Clerk to support their office team. The role involves entering job sheets, invoices, and client information accurately into internal systems, maintaining records, and assisting with general administrative tasks.

It’s a straightforward, detail-focused position – ideal for someone who’s organised, thorough, and comfortable with routine data work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data from job sheets, invoices, and service reports into company systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide basic administrative support to the office team
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure all information is complete and correct

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry or general office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
