Job description

Location: Bristol – Chocolate Factory (Office-based, 5 days per week)

Start Date: 12th January (2nd week of January)

Contract: 7 x Fixed-Term Contracts (6 months)

Hours: 8 hours per day, flexible start between 7–9am

System: Cooper (front-end system)

Requirement: Basic DBS check

About the Role

We are seeking Procurement Co‑ordinators to join our supplier onboarding team. Reporting to the Supplier Onboarding Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier data is accurately uploaded into our system.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Uploading and validating supplier information (name, address, size, certifications, etc.)
  • Sending forms to suppliers and following up via phone calls (from CEOs to sole traders)
  • Ensuring accurate data submission to avoid payment delays
  • Managing your own workload effectively
Skills & Experience
  • Experience with procurement systems (any system experience is beneficial)
  • Strong communication skills – confident speaking with a wide range of suppliers
  • Proficiency in Excel (live data entry sheets)
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
