About Our Client

The client is a publicly listed industrial business based in High Wycombe, Perth WA, currently undergoing an expansion phase. Operating in a practical, blue-collar environment, they are seeking an individual who aligns with the team culture, not just the job description. The role is hands-on and operational, so candidates must be comfortable working closely with tradespeople and workshop teams. Strong interpersonal skills and resilience are essential.

Job Description
  • Raise sales invoices and manage end-of-month invoicing.
  • Create and maintain client profiles.
  • Perform credit checks and monitor receipts.
  • Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) lists.
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) for revenue.
  • Timesheet and data entry management.
  • Support with general finance admin tasks.
  • Use Ariba software (preferred but not essential).
  • Excel - Advanced understanding with the ability to use pivot tables and formulate.
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Previous experience in an similar role within the blue-collar / industrial and resources industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Bookkeeper level experience required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, using pivot tables and creating formulas through excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar software is advantageous.
