Job summary

La Fosse partner with a leading international Entertainment company to recruit a Data Engineering Manager who will lead the Data Engineering function and help evolve a modern, AI-native data platform.

Reporting into the Head of Data, you will guide the Data Engineering team, drive delivery and ensure the platform scales to support AI-enabled analytics and intelligent applications in a dynamic, strategic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership capability.
• Experience defining delivery frameworks and running workshops.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms.
• Exposure to AI-enabled data platforms, ML or intelligent data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Data Engineering team across Data, Analytics Engineering and BI.
• Own sprint planning, delivery governance and quarterly roadmaps.
• Define and improve delivery frameworks and ways of working.
• Partner with Product, Architecture and Data Science teams.
• Drive an AI-first culture, embedding AI into engineering and platform processes.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability and performance.
• Manage vendors and key technology partnerships.
• Support ML and AI initiatives and enable intelligent data products.
• Coach and develop engineers, building a high-performing culture.

You'll lead the Data Engineering team, drive delivery, and ensure the platform scales to support next-generation AI-enabled analytics and intelligent application
