Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Experience with cloud-based data services and Python.
• Experience across the data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, storage, access.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins and aggregations; NoSQL knowledge.
• Experience with cloud services for developing, deploying, and managing data applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL workflows and data pipelines using Python and Databricks.
• Review controls to protect enterprise data across the lifecycle.
• Implement data security with entitlements frameworks.
• Update data models based on business needs.
• Apply data access patterns and SQL expertise; leverage NoSQL as needed.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tooling to improve code quality and testing.
