Job summary

Netbox Recruitment seeks an experienced Data Engineer to join the Data Analytics team in East Kent. You will design, develop and maintain data structures, pipelines and processes to support reporting and analytics, collaborating with data analysts and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on building reliable, scalable datasets, implementing ETL/ELT, data modelling and quality checks, with hybrid working and a salary of £60,000-£70,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and data modelling experience.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and building data pipelines.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data structures to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop reusable datasets and data models.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Integrate data from multiple source systems.
• Monitor pipelines and investigate data quality issues.
• Implement data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Document datasets, transformations, and data lineage.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Improve reliability, efficiency, and timeliness of data processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and reduce duplication.
• Assist onboarding new data sources.
