Graham & Brown is seeking a data engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines and integrations. You will unify data from Google Analytics, Meta and other channels with ERP systems, enabling global reporting and insights for decision-making across the business.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, cost management, and scalable architecture in a hybrid work environment, with strong emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer with architecture and design expertise.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools such as SSIS, Talend, dbt, or equivalent.
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar for data ingestion and automation.
• Hands-on experience integrating data from digital platforms (Big Query, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, social media APIs)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, competent across databricks or powerbi

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines in NetSuite.
• Integrate and maintain external data sources (Google Analytics, Meta, social platforms) with ERP and business systems.
• Automate data processing and reporting workflows for stakeholders.
• Cleanse, transform, and reconcile data to ensure quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and align data models with business needs.
• Build and document data models, schemas, and integration workflows.
• Implement monitoring and testing frameworks for data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues.
• Contribute to long‑term data strategy, including governance, analytics enablement, and scalable architecture.
• Manage costs in line with budgets and appraise ROI.
• Integrate multi national business into the data warehouse.
• Build a commercial manufacturing overview of process and cost based on real‑time data and reporting to ensure JIT manufacturing and cost efficiency.
• Overall ownership of data costs, ensuring effiicency of cost and usage across the group
