Job summary

Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking experienced Data Engineers to join the Management Information (MI) team. You will develop data pipelines and analytics capabilities in cloud and on-prem environments, contributing to the DWP Data Engineering Strategy for MI products and services.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across DWP, maintain technical documentation in Confluence, mentor junior engineers, and review code to ensure high-quality data transformations powering MI

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable data engineering solutions for analytical reporting.
• Ability to gather and translate requirements from stakeholders into data processes.
• Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation in Confluence.
• Mentoring junior data engineers and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines powering MI reporting.
